We were in a particularly good location within a close distance from Lamai City Center. The staff was accommodating & supper friendly. The hotel met expectation, we would stay here again...
Nothing to fault.

everything was very good, with extremely friendly and amiable staff, met requests. bed was comfortable and the room was good-sized. it faced the sea. the location offered was magnificent just off local bars and restaurants, and lamai night market, bars, variety of restaurants.
Their staff were kind of rude.

Simply no reason to complain, really enjoyable stay. Fairly clean place with sea views and attentive staff. Perfect and exceptionally nice location in the lovely quiet area, really close to all the shops, beach and shops and the bridge where the fish were. Easy walk to Lamai Market. High-class room and spotless, with a balcony and a sofa set. Good food and delicious drinks. Very good service everywhere.

We had an excellent stay at Samui Jasmine Resort - Sha Plus. The staff went above and beyond to assist us when our luggage was lost. They even tried to contact the airlines on our behalf. The highlight of our stay was when the staff surprised me with a birthday cake and sang happy birthday. The design of the hotel is beautiful and authentic, with a smaller, more exclusive feel. The restaurant offers excellent food, and the staff, especially the lady running the restaurant, were kind and attentive. The location is also excellent, allowing us to explore different parts of the island.
Nothing negative to say. 😊

Very convenient place. On the one site - a quiet place, on the other site - in 10 minutes of walking the center of Lamai Beach with shops and restaurants. Very clean and beautifully hotel. Everything is green, everywhere are flowers. Very friendly personnel. Everybody smiles and they are always ready to help or give an advise. Massage salon at the hotel - near the sea. The tremendous singer creates in the evenings a romantic atmosphere. The dinner is organized directly on a beach near the sea. Thanks to all personnel for tremendous rest!

Our stay at Samui Jasmine Resort was incredible value for money with spacious and comfortable rooms. The location was perfect, being centrally located on the main street close to the beach, yet still quiet. The staff were attentive and quick to fulfill our requests, making us feel well taken care of.
The breakfast offerings could have been improved with more variety and options.

The room we stayed in was spacious, clean & nicely decorated & serviced daily. The resort is on the beach so we were able to swim in the surf & then hop in the lovely pool every day. There are other resorts along the same beach so each evening we walked along the beach to try a different restaurant. There is one two doors up that serves delicious Thai food & is cheap as chips. There is another a fair way along the beach that hosts beach parties & puts on light shows. It's pretty dodgy & charges exhorbitant drink prices on those nights. Don't get sucked in!!
The beautiful pool would have been even better if it had a spa. The location of the reaort is good in relation to the beach but is quite a long way from the airport. During peak hour it can take aroound 45 minutes to take the journey. The bedroom & the bathroom was separated by a blind that we had to put down. Not much privacy if you are suffering from Bali belly!! Having said all that, we would stay there again as it was just so relaxing.

Astonishing and amazing breakfast, outstanding food choice. Really nice building, fantastic and beautiful location close to Ko Samui, the centre of the bars and restaurants in town and bustling bars and restaurants.

We had an amazing stay at a wonderful resort in Koh Samui. The property was absolutely stunning and the bed in our room was the most comfortable we've ever slept on. We felt pampered and relaxed, especially with the luxurious aromatherapy throughout the hotel. The staff even surprised us with a bottle of champagne and flowers for our anniversary. it was exactly what we needed after our long journey through Vietnam and Cambodia.
One situation that stood out to us was when we wanted to book an excursion. Unfortunately, the reception staff recommended the wrong cruise, and we ended up spending $350 on a boring boat ride that wasn't what we were looking for.
Tourists from New Zealand often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
